engineering and estimating experience with the US Federal Projects and
Department of Defense projects in Diego Garcia, BIOT, Guam, Hawaii and mainland
US. He and Mr.Jamandre has worked together on successful multimillion Projects
in Diego Garcia US Naval Support Facility and recently, Successfully completed
the FAA funded airport project in the Marshall Islands.

professional board exams of which he was on the top ten civil engineers of
1998. He is a member of the American society of Professional Estimators.
