Timothy E. Cleveland
President 
Mr. Cleveland is a civil engineer based in Washington, USA. He has extensive
engineering and estimating experience with the US Federal Projects and
Department of Defense projects in Diego Garcia, BIOT, Guam, Hawaii and mainland
US. He and Mr.Jamandre has worked together on successful multimillion Projects
in Diego Garcia US Naval Support Facility and recently, Successfully completed
the FAA funded airport project in the Marshall Islands.

Rynor G. Jamandre
Civil Engineer 
Rynor G. Jamandre is a licensed Civil Engineer who has solid experience in
defense, civil and real estate projects both abroad and the Philippines.
He started his career with DM Consunji, Inc after finishing the professional
board exams of which he was on the top ten civil engineers of 1998. He is a
member of the American society of Professional Estimators.

Narbek Abdullaev
Mr. Abdullaev, Civil Engineer with recognized degree, brings over 7 years of
extensive experiece in Civil Engineering & Quality Control, Health and Safety
Engineering, Project Management and Road Construction. Narbek worked as a Chief
Engineer in leading construction companies in Turkey and Russia.

Batyr Baizhumanov
Site Supervisor 
Mr. Baizhumanov, Site Supervisor, has been with the company from the start,
with over eight years related experience and education from Kyrgyz State
Architecture University. For his well rounded abilities and attention to detail,
Batyr oversees on site construction. His incredible energy and professionalism
make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Arsen Moldostamov
Finance Consultant 
With Master's Degree in Economics from International University of Kyrgyzstan,
Arsen has over 6 years of Finance background with leading mining companies. He
has extensive experience in Finance Control, Budget Preparation, Planning, Cost
Accounting and Analysis, Financial Reporting.

Mira Omorava
Mira brings over experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She received
her Bachelor’s Degree with an area in finance and has served as Accountant in
Construction, Banking, Credit organizations and is certified in International
Standard of Accountant reports.
