| ORION GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC is an international construction, construction management and consulting firm with offices in Poulsbo, Washington and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Manila Philippines. ORION’s work experience includes a variety construction projects for the U. S. Department of Defense in the United States, South Pacific and Diego Garcia (British Indian Ocean Territory). ORION design/build teams include US-based “Azon Architects” and together have successfully completed several design/build delivery projects for the U.S. Navy. Our Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan operations include senior project managers, quality control engineers, mechanical, civil and electrical engineers, a dedicated country manager and a wide variety of skilled workers and office support staff. |

as newly registered certified engineers. Orion’s team of mechanical, structural and electrical
engineers play a key role in problem solving and driving innovation. Orion’s engineers work
side-by-side each day with other members of the integrated design and project teams through all phases
of design and construction. Team members are supported by in-house expertise and mentorship, continuous
training, and the best tools and technology to achieve optimum results for our clients. Our estimating team follows the Standard Estimating Practice outlined by the American Society of Professional Estimators and is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
